I have several years of experience working with clients across the adult lifespan with a range of mental health, physical health, and adjustment difficulties within the public health system.
At this time my specific areas of service include: anxiety (general, panic, phobias, social), complicated grief, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, postpartum mental health concerns, sleep difficulties (insomnia), and adjustment difficulties (e.g., chronic illness, career, life changes, etc.).
I work primarily with an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approach in my treatment work and also often include Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) interventions in my work.
I am currently registered as a psychologist with the Psychological Association of Manitoba (January 2018-present) and I am a member of the following professional associations: Association for Contextual Behavioral Science, Canadian Psychological Association, and Manitoba Psychological Society.
